Fresh Lemon Juice

Drinking one to two glasses of lemon water each morning may help reduce your risk of colon, liver, kidney diseases and urinary tract infections.
*Note! Caution should be observed with consumption of any citrus juice, for the effect it can have on teeth enamel, for after all; it is acidic. Be sure to rinse with fresh water or brush with toothpaste, then rinse after consuming Lemon water or any citrus or shop bought juice.
Vegetable Fresh Juice
Drinking vegies is a convenient way to add powerful nutrients to your diet and the pulpy vegetable juice is also packed with fiber that can also help control hunger. Fresh vegetable juice blends have far less sugar and fewer calories than the typical store bought fruit juice, which are typically high in sugars and sodium and high in added preservatives, colourings and unknown extras.

Researchers in a Japanese study claim blueberry juice helped memory in adults in their seventies who had age-related memory decline when they were tested. Those who drank two 1/2 cups of blueberry juice for 12 weeks, had significant improvement on learning and memory tests compared to those who drank a non juice beverage.
Acai Berry Juice
Researchers have only begun looking into the health benefits of Acai juice, which is derived from a berry from the Acai palm, found in South America and early studies look very promising. Acai pulp appears to have a higher concentration of antioxidants than cranberries, blackberries, strawberries or blueberries.
Besides delivering a wealth of nutrients and antioxidants, some berry juices appear to have excellent anti inflammatory properties. Drinking cherry juice after your work out might help reduce exercise induced muscle pain and inflammation.
Fresh Orange Juice
Orange juice is loaded with vitamin C and is often fortified with calcium and vitamin D which are nutrients that strengthen the bones. Be wary, as the store bought juice also contains added sugar and perhaps other unknown ingredients. Stay with mother nature and drink freshly juiced oranges or unsweetened orange juice which has fewer calories than some berry juices or grape juice. Celery, as well as Melon juices are very good and really all fruits and vegetables are antioxidant bonuses in one way or another.
